SMS Terms & Consent
How Peak AI Support uses text messaging and how you can opt in or out.

1. What Messages Will I Receive?
Peak AI Support ("we", "us", "our") sends SMS text messages to customers and callers for the following purposes:
- Call Transcript Delivery — After completing a phone call with our AI-powered support agent, you may receive a one-time text message containing a link to your call transcript.
- Support Ticket Updates — If you have submitted a support ticket and provided your phone number, you may receive status updates about your ticket via SMS.
- Service Notifications — Critical service alerts related to your account, such as outage notifications or appointment confirmations.
2. How Do I Opt In?
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Peak AI Support in one of the following ways:
- Voice Call Consent — When you call our support line at 1-877-703-7490, our AI agent will ask if you'd like to receive a transcript of your call via text message. By verbally confirming "yes" during the call, you consent to receive the transcript SMS.
- Web Form Consent — When you submit a support ticket, contact form, or sign up for service notifications on our website and provide your phone number, you consent to receive relevant SMS updates. A checkbox stating "I agree to receive SMS updates from Peak AI Support. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." is presented before submission.
- Keyword Opt-In — You can text START to 1-877-703-7490 to opt in to receive messages from us.
3. How Do I Opt Out?
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from us.
- Contacting us at support@peakaisupport.com.
- Calling 1-877-703-7490 and requesting removal.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services:
- Call transcripts: 1 message per phone call (only when you consent during the call).
- Ticket updates: 1–3 messages per support ticket lifecycle.
- Service alerts: Occasional messages only during service disruptions affecting your area.
We estimate a maximum of 5 messages per month for active customers. We will never send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.
5. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Peak AI Support does not charge any fee for sending or receiving text messages, but your carrier may charge per-message or data fees.
6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
7. Privacy & Third-Party Sharing
Your phone number and mobile information are collected solely for delivering the services described above. We will not share your mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS interaction data, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or any mobile information under any circumstances. The only parties who may access your phone number are our essential service providers (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery), who are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
